Healthcare is our Niche

We started as a commercial real estate firm representing medical tenants looking for their first spaces. As we grew, we were honored when past clients began to ask if we could advise them on the process of selling their practices. Practice Transitions Group was born, and has evolved into it's own dedicated Healthcare M&A team within the Practice Companies.

Practice Capital, our third dedicated team, is focused on healthcare real estate projects involving custom development, outside capital partners, and our institutional healthcare team.
